What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full journey of a project—from early design concepts to on-site execution. You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure everything comes together smoothly, both technically and visually.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Creating and developing architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to bring concepts to life
- Coordinating with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure everything aligns
- Reviewing drawings, materials, and specifications to maintain quality standards
- Visiting project sites to monitor progress and solve design-related challenges
- Supporting client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Helping improve designs through value engineering and cost-effective solutions
- Preparing reports, BOQs, and necessary documentation
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is not only technically strong but also enjoys collaboration and problem-solving.
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Around 3–8 years of experience in construction or consultancy
- Good understanding of building regulations, materials, and construction methods
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Familiarity with BIM is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Extra Skills That Stand Out
- Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices (LEED)
- Experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale projects
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy
- Confidence in reviewing technical drawings and documents
