We’re currently looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join a reputed hotel in Dubai. If you’re already working as an Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry and are ready to take on more responsibility, this could be a great next step for you.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing daily operations, and making sure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the Hotel Manager in handling day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments. From front desk to housekeeping and F&B, you’ll help keep things organized and efficient.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction, handling concerns, and making sure service standards are consistently high.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the daily operation of the hotel and team coordination
- Ensuring guests receive a high level of service and care
- Supervising teams in front office, housekeeping, and F&B
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with staff schedules, performance, and training
- Preparing daily reports and operational updates
- Making sure all departments follow hotel standards and procedures
- Helping improve overall guest experience and service quality
Experience That Will Help You
- Experience in front office or guest relations
- Knowledge of housekeeping and hotel operations
- Exposure to food & beverage coordination
- Familiarity with hotel systems or booking platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Currently working as an Assistant Manager in a hotel
- Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and handle situations professionally
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Age below 30 years
- Arabic or European candidates preferred
