Full-Time Bahrain Accountant Jobs for Experienced Finance Candidates
Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Accountant to become part of its finance team. We are searching for someone who is confident in handling accounting responsibilities independently, has a strong understanding of financial procedures, and can work efficiently in a professional business environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous accounting experience in Bahrain or the GCC region who are familiar with financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax regulations, and accounting software systems. Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism.
The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial records, monitoring transactions, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with Bahrain’s financial and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses
- Assist with tax-related documentation and financial compliance
- Support budgeting, reporting, and internal financial operations
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reports
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities efficiently
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and tax systems
- Full understanding of Bahraini laws and financial regulations
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Experience with Soho Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Previous Bahrain or GCC accounting experience is preferred
