Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and friendly Barista to join our café team in Riyadh. If you love making great coffee, enjoy talking to people, and feel comfortable working in a busy café environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
This is a hands-on role where your main focus will be creating quality drinks and giving customers a warm, welcoming experience every time they visit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving a variety of drinks like espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffees
- Making sure every cup is consistent in taste, quality, and presentation
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and creating a positive café experience
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and up to hygiene standards
- Handling busy hours with confidence while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Supporting daily café tasks like restocking and basic preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience working as a barista
- Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English
- A friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Someone who can stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment
- Preference for candidates of Asian nationality
General Requirements:
- Currently in Riyadh or willing to relocate for trial and joining
- Must have a valid passport and Iqama
