Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, particularly within manufacturing, steel fabrication, metal forming, or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- Analyze production and operational costs to support effective decision-making.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting procedures for manufacturing activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
- Previous experience in manufacturing companies, preferably within the steel, metal forming, fabrication, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
