Job Description
We are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join its growing team for ongoing construction and MEP projects.
We are looking for professionals who have strong hands-on experience in electrical site supervision and can confidently manage daily site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
If you have experience in construction projects and are ready to join immediately, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily electrical works at the project site
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and workers
• Ensure electrical installations are completed according to project drawings and standards
• Monitor site safety, work quality, and project progress
• Handle electrical troubleshooting and site-related issues
• Manage manpower and maintain smooth workflow on site
• Prepare basic daily reports and updates for project management
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction or MEP projects
• Good knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and site operations
• Ability to lead a team and manage site activities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• GCC experience is an advantage
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred
