Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Bidding Coordinator with an engineering background to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. If you have solid experience handling bids and tenders in the Saudi or Gulf market and can manage proposals with accuracy and confidence, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and supporting the full bidding process for engineering projects. You’ll work closely with technical, commercial, and management teams to prepare complete and well-organized bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
Position Details
- Position: Bidding Coordinator (Engineering Background)
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Experience Required: 5+ years of Saudi/Gulf experience (mandatory)
- Iqama Status: Transferable or non-transferable (both acceptable)
- Sponsorship transfer will be done after 3 months of probation
- Preference will be given to candidates who accept this condition and can join quickly
- Nationality Preference: Sudanese nationals preferred

- Good understanding of Saudi and Gulf tendering procedures
