Full-Time BIM and Revit Manager Jobs in Riyadh for Engineering Professionals
Job Description
We are excited to welcome an experienced BIM Manager to our growing engineering and construction team in Riyadh. If you are passionate about BIM technology, project coordination, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage BIM processes across multiple disciplines and work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and managing BIM activities across ongoing projects
• Coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP models efficiently
• Conducting clash detection and resolving coordination issues before construction stages
• Working closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams
• Developing BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans
• Supervising BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers to maintain project quality and deadlines
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring accurate BIM deliverables
• Supporting teams with technical guidance and BIM best practices
• Ensuring all BIM documentation meets project and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
7–9 years of experience in BIM Management within engineering or construction companies
Strong hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools
Good understanding of construction coordination and multidisciplinary engineering projects
Experience handling commercial, residential, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred
