About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare professionals to provide advanced diagnostic solutions and technical support for laboratory equipment and IVD systems.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, introducing diagnostic products, conducting product demonstrations, supporting installations, and providing after-sales technical assistance. The position requires both commercial awareness and strong biomedical engineering expertise.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting clients, solving technical issues, supporting laboratory teams, and helping healthcare facilities improve their diagnostic services through reliable medical technologies.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell IVD reagents, laboratory consumables, and diagnostic equipment
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, research centres, and diagnostic laboratories
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients professionally
- Stay updated with healthcare market trends and competitor activities
Technical Demonstrations & Application Support
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for healthcare professionals and laboratory staff
- Explain the clinical benefits, testing methodologies, and performance of diagnostic systems
- Support customers during product evaluations and validation processes
- Provide technical guidance and scientific support whenever required
Biomedical Engineering & Technical Support
- Assist with installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning of laboratory equipment
- Train laboratory technicians and end users on proper equipment operation
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide first-level maintenance support
- Coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure smooth equipment performance
- Maintain technical reports and service records accurately
Customer Support
- Deliver professional after-sales service and technical assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients through excellent support and communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare field
