Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Building Materials Division in Riyadh. We are looking for a sales professional who understands the building materials industry, enjoys meeting customers, and has the ability to develop long-term business relationships while driving sales growth.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in timber, plywood, film-faced plywood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), and construction materials sales. The role involves regular customer visits, business development activities, and working closely with contractors, construction companies, developers, and project teams throughout the region.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting our range of building materials products. You will play an important role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and strengthening our market presence.

We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, understand project requirements, and provide practical product solutions that add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers, construction sites, and project locations on a daily basis.
  • Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of timber, plywood, LVL, and related building materials products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor market activity and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support business growth and product development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building materials sales, timber sales, plywood sales, construction materials sales, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of timber products and plywood materials.
  • Experience with film-faced plywood and LVL products will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, and WhatsApp.
  • Transferable Iqama is required.
  • A valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
