Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salesman to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building materials sales and a good understanding of the UAE construction market.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience handling contractors, construction companies, hardware shops, and building material suppliers are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell building materials and construction-related products to new and existing customers
• Visit clients, construction sites, and companies to develop business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors, traders, and project clients
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers professionally
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely supply of materials
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Keep updated with market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Previous experience in building materials or construction material sales
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities
• Knowledge of the UAE market will be an added advantage
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach
Products Knowledge Preferred:
• Cement and steel products
• Plumbing and electrical materials
• Plywood, gypsum boards, paints, and hardware items
• Construction tools and industrial materials
