Main Responsibilities:
- Support the business development and sales team with daily operations
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments in a professional manner
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly
- Follow up on client enquiries and ongoing business opportunities
- Assist with customs-related procedures and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative activities
- Ensure accurate filing and proper handling of company records
- Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
- Assist management with operational and coordination tasks when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of customs regulations and business procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales coordination or customer support
- Knowledge of import/export or logistics processes will be an advantage
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
