Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, finding new opportunities, and helping a business grow—especially in the construction or industrial field—this role could be perfect for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll spend time in the market, meeting potential customers, visiting sites, preparing proposals, and working closely with management to turn leads into successful projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and projects
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key contacts
- Research the market to find new leads and potential projects
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Promote company services through meetings, site visits, and regular follow-ups
- Support management in planning and executing business growth strategies
- Keep clear and organized records of leads, discussions, and results
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Background in the construction or industrial sector is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to bring in new clients and close projects
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- A valid driving license is a plus
