We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development Executive to help us grow our IT staffing and staff outsourcing business. If you enjoy opening new conversations, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals that matter, this role could be a great match for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be actively involved in expanding our client base across the Saudi market. You’ll connect with decision-makers, understand their staffing needs, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Find and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and staff outsourcing
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and business leaders
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client needs and suggest tailored staffing solutions
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and company presentations
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth deployments
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in staffing, manpower, or consulting services is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the Saudi market
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on building client trust
