Job Description

We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new project opportunities, and helping grow a business in the construction sector.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key part in expanding the company’s presence across Saudi Arabia. You’ll focus on bringing in new clients, securing construction projects, and building long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, and contractors.

You’ll work closely with technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals, meet clients, and support negotiations. This is a hands-on role that combines sales, relationship management, and market knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding new project opportunities and bringing clients to the company
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Meeting clients and understanding their project requirements
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Supporting negotiations and helping close deals
• Keeping a healthy pipeline of potential projects
• Achieving sales targets and contributing directly to company growth
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinating with internal teams during bidding and proposal stages
• Supporting company expansion within Saudi Arabia

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience in business development or construction sales
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator with good negotiation abilities
• Self-driven, target-focused, and results-oriented
• Good understanding of the Saudi construction market
