Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Business Development Manager who can take the lead in growing our business and bringing in new projects. If you enjoy meeting clients, building strong relationships, and turning opportunities into successful deals—especially in the construction or industrial sector—this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving company growth. You’ll spend time in the market meeting potential clients, visiting sites, preparing proposals, and working closely with management to convert leads into confirmed projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Find and secure new projects and business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Research the market to identify potential leads and business prospects
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Promote company services through meetings, site visits, and regular follow-ups
- Support management in planning and executing business development strategies
- Keep clear and accurate records of leads, discussions, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong background in the construction or industrial sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to bring in new clients and projects
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driving license is an advantage
