Full-Time Business Development Manager Position – Saudi Arabia | Industrial Growth Role
Job Description
We’re looking for a experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to spot opportunities, build strong client relationships, and win projects in the industrial construction and Facility Management space across Saudi Arabia.
If you’ve worked in EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects and understand how the Saudi market works, this role gives you the chance to step into something bigger and more impactful.
About the Role
This isn’t just about sales—it’s about strategy, relationships, and growth.
You’ll be identifying new project opportunities, connecting with key stakeholders, and leading the process from early engagement all the way through to tender submission and contract discussions. Your work will directly influence the company’s expansion in Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping an eye on upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects across KSA
- Tracking opportunities with major clients like Aramco, SEC, Royal Commission, and others
- Preparing and managing EOIs, RFQs, and full tender submissions
- Working closely with internal teams (engineering, estimation, finance, legal) to put together strong proposals
- Building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government entities
- Maintaining a clear and updated pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Supporting partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontracting opportunities
- Taking part in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company
- Contributing ideas that help the company grow and stay competitive in the market
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Around 10+ years of experience in business development, tendering, or EPC projects
- Solid experience working within Saudi Arabia’s industrial or construction sector
- Good understanding of prequalification processes and how major projects are awarded in KSA
- Confidence in handling proposals, negotiations, and client discussions
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working with major clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or large EPC contractors
- Exposure to oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing large-value tenders and long-term contracts
