Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and help expand our business across Saudi Arabia. If you enjoy meeting people, building strong client relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this role could be a great fit for you.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable traveling, networking, and representing a professional recruitment and workforce deployment model in the market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be on the front line of our growth. You’ll connect with new clients, maintain existing relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver recruitment and deployment solutions that meet client needs. You’ll also stay actively involved in market trends and industry events across the Kingdom.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Client Outreach

  • Identify potential clients across different sectors
  • Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and face-to-face meetings
  • Travel regularly across Saudi Arabia for client meetings and site visits
  • Present our DMW-compliant recruitment and deployment model clearly and professionally

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and on-site visits
  • Identify repeat business and opportunities to expand accounts

Events, Networking & Industry Exposure

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
  • Generate new leads and follow up after events
  • Share post-event updates with leads and market insights

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales & Marketing Strategic Advisor (Philippines)
  • Work with recruitment and operations teams to align timelines and client requirements
  • Support the preparation of proposals, service agreements, and deployment plans

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Share regular updates on activities, pipelines, and performance
  • Track manpower demand, hiring trends, and salary benchmarks in Saudi Arabia

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles in Saudi Arabia
  • Background in manpower, recruitment, staffing, or workforce deployment is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel across the Kingdom and attend industry events
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with remote and international teams

Language Skills

  • English: Fluent
  • Arabic: An added advantage
