Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Business Services Executive to join our team. If you enjoy helping clients, handling requests, and keeping things running smoothly through clear communication, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, supporting them through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. You’ll help guide clients through business service requests, coordinate documents, and make sure they always know what to expect next.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Assist with business service requests, document handling, and follow-ups
- Clearly explain requirements and next steps to clients
- Keep records organized and track ongoing requests
- Make sure timelines are met and updates are shared on time
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in spoken communication in at least one required language
- Strong communication and people-handling skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers, email, and messaging tools
- Experience in customer service, administration, or business services is a plus
