We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing day-to-day human resources activities. In this role, you will be involved in the full employee journey — from hiring the right talent to supporting their development and ensuring a positive work environment. You’ll work closely with different departments to keep HR operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
- Build and maintain strong employee relationships, handling concerns and creating a positive workplace atmosphere
- Support performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and employee growth plans
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs to help employees improve and succeed
- Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures, making sure everything stays compliant with labor laws
- Promote a healthy and inclusive work culture through employee engagement and DEI initiatives
- Keep employee records and HR systems well-organized and up to date
- Prepare basic HR reports and workforce insights for management
- Support offboarding processes such as exit interviews and final settlements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–8+ years of experience in HR roles or HR operations
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to handle situations professionally
- Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with HR software, payroll systems, and MS Excel
- A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
