In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and helping them find the right solutions. Your voice will represent our company, so creating a positive and professional impression is key. You’ll also play an important part in helping the team achieve sales goals and grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling potential customers and introducing our products or services
- Explaining features, benefits, and pricing in a simple and clear way
- Understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions
- Handling questions and objections with confidence and patience
- Following up with interested customers and closing sales
- Keeping records of calls and updates in the system
- Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
- Building good relationships with customers for future opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidates only
- Bangladeshi nationals are preferred
- Comfortable speaking in Bengali and English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Currently based in Riyadh
- Willing to work full-time from the office
- Good communication and people skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required
