About the Role
As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations. You’ll guide the service team, monitor floor activity, and ensure everything runs efficiently from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
You’ll be the go-to person on the floor — supporting staff, handling guest concerns, and making quick decisions when needed. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment and a memorable dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising servers, hosts, and support staff during shifts
- Ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive, and professional service
- Organizing staff schedules and ensuring proper floor coverage
- Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns promptly
- Keeping service flow smooth during busy hours
- Conducting team briefings before shifts
- Training and mentoring new and existing team members
- Making sure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
- Supporting overall restaurant performance and daily targets
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing operations
