Full-Time Civil Site Supervisor Jobs | Aramco Experience Needed
Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on and dependable Civil Site Supervisor who can confidently take charge of site activities and keep things running smoothly. If you’ve worked on Aramco projects and understand how to manage teams, timelines, and site challenges, this could be a great next step for you.
This role is all about being on-site, staying on top of daily work, and making sure everything is done safely, correctly, and on schedule. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving and ensures the team delivers quality work every day.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Oversee all daily civil works on-site, making sure everything is progressing as planned
- Guide and support teams working on excavation, concrete, rebar, formwork, and finishing activities
- Make sure all work follows approved drawings and Aramco standards
- Plan ahead by organizing manpower, materials, and equipment so there are no delays
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams to keep things aligned
- Keep track of progress and ensure deadlines are being met
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring HSE rules are followed
- Carry out regular site checks to maintain quality standards
- Verify levels, alignments, and measurements before and after work
- Keep simple, clear records of daily progress and site updates
- Quickly handle any issues that come up on-site
What We’re Hoping to See
- A background in Civil Engineering (Diploma or Degree)
- Solid experience working as a Civil Site Supervisor, especially on Aramco projects
- Good understanding of construction work, site processes, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow drawings and technical plans
- Someone who can lead a team, communicate clearly, and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment
It’s Even Better If You Also Have
- Experience in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with QA/QC inspections and procedures
- Previous work experience in the GCC region
