Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Coating QC Supervisor to join our team. If you have strong hands-on experience in coating, painting, and corrosion protection—and you’re comfortable supervising blasting and painting activities—this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all coating-related quality activities on site. You’ll make sure surface preparation and coating applications are done correctly, maintain proper QC documentation, and work closely with site teams and inspectors to meet project and Aramco standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in coating, painting, and corrosion protection
- Solid experience supervising blasting and painting works
- Strong working knowledge of ARAMCO standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC)
- Experience preparing and reviewing QC documents and reports
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of surface preparation standards (SSPC / NACE / ISO)
- Experience with DFT/WFT measurements, surface profile checks, and adhesion testing
- Ability to lead QC teams and coordinate inspections with Aramco representatives
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise blasting and coating activities on site
- Monitor surface preparation and coating application processes
- Carry out inspections and testing as required
- Maintain QC records and reports
- Coordinate with inspectors and site teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
