About the Role
As a Collection Executive, you’ll be responsible for keeping track of outstanding payments and following up with customers to ensure timely collections. You’ll work closely with the sales and accounts teams to maintain smooth cash flow and positive customer relationships.

- Following up with customers for pending payments
- Managing outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collections
- Coordinating with sales and accounts teams on payment status
- Keeping clear and accurate records of collections
- Preparing simple collection reports for management
