Job Description
We are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. We are looking for professionals who can confidently manage electrical site activities, guide technical teams, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with practical construction experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the Gulf construction industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Overseeing day-to-day electrical works at construction sites
• Coordinating with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensuring electrical installations are completed according to project drawings and safety standards
• Monitoring site progress, workforce performance, and material usage
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project completion
• Preparing regular site updates and progress reports
What We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction or MEP projects
• Good understanding of electrical systems and site operations
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under project schedules and deadlines
• GCC experience is an added advantage
• Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred
