Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who genuinely enjoys building strong relationships and helping customers grow their business. This role is all about people — understanding their needs, staying connected, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep customers happy, engaged, and consistently doing business with us. This isn’t a call-center or complaint-handling role — it’s a relationship-driven position where your work directly supports growth, trust, and long-term partnerships in the foodservice and HoReCa industry.
If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and being a trusted point of contact, this role offers a great foundation for a long-term career in sales and account management.
About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our company and our customers. You’ll check in regularly, understand what they need, and help make their experience smooth and positive.
You’ll also work behind the scenes with sales, operations, and finance teams to make sure everything runs as it should — from orders to deliveries to follow-ups.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, professional relationships with chefs, purchasers, and business owners
- Staying in regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Following up to make sure everything is going well
- Suggesting products, new arrivals, or suitable alternatives when helpful
- Encouraging consistent ordering and long-term partnerships
- Supporting customer retention and repeat business
- Coordinating with the sales team to manage existing accounts
- Working with operations and finance to ensure smooth service
- Helping solve customer issues in a calm and professional way
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
(Experience in foodservice, FMCG, or trading companies is a plus) - Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Organized and good at following up
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to support customers outside normal hours when needed
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license
