About the Role
As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all design-related activities throughout different stages of the project. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that all drawings, technical documents, and project designs are accurate, properly reviewed, and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP design activities across multiple projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design-related issues
- Ensure all project designs meet company standards, client requirements, and UAE regulations
- Track design progress and maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and revisions
- Support project managers and site teams with technical coordination and project updates
- Attend coordination meetings and assist in improving communication between departments
- Identify potential design conflicts before construction activities begin
- Ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design coordination or construction project coordination
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- GCC/UAE project experience will be considered an advantage
