We’re currently looking to welcome a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning concepts into practical, well-coordinated electrical designs and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

About the Role
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and preparing detailed electrical designs for building and infrastructure projects. From load calculations to lighting layouts and power distribution systems, your work will play an important role in ensuring projects are safe, efficient, and compliant with required standards.
You’ll work closely with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to ensure that all systems are properly coordinated and integrated. This position suits someone who is organized, technically strong, and comfortable managing design tasks from initial planning through final submission.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing electrical design drawings and layouts
- Performing load calculations, cable sizing, and voltage drop analysis
- Creating single line diagrams (SLDs) and panel schedules
- Designing lighting systems and small power layouts
- Supporting earthing and lightning protection system design
- Assisting with BOQs and technical documentation
- Reviewing and updating drawings based on consultant feedback
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues
- Ensuring designs meet applicable standards and project specifications
- Maintaining clear and organized documentation throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid experience in electrical design for MEP, building, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of power distribution and lighting systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
