About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play an important role in supporting plant operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, responding to breakdowns, and helping improve efficiency while always keeping safety as a top priority.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime
- Maintaining electrical panels, motors, control systems, and plant equipment
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Making sure all electrical work follows safety rules and standards
- Coordinating with maintenance teams and external technicians when needed
- Supporting improvements to make systems more reliable and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, or industrial plants
- Strong practical knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent issues
- Good teamwork and communication skills
