Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team in Bahrain. This role is suitable for someone who has practical experience in electrical installation, wiring systems, lighting setup, and electrical maintenance within construction or MEP environments.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with electrical systems on-site and capable of identifying and resolving electrical issues efficiently. In this role, you will help ensure that all electrical installations and maintenance tasks are carried out safely, correctly, and according to project requirements.

About the Role
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for handling different types of electrical work across project sites. This includes installing electrical wiring, maintaining lighting systems, connecting electrical panels, and identifying faults when electrical systems are not working properly.
Your daily work may involve reading electrical drawings, installing cables and conduits, testing electrical systems, and ensuring that all installations follow proper safety standards.
This role requires someone who is careful, technically capable, and able to work both independently and with other team members to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Carry out electrical wiring, conduit installation, and cable routing
- Install and repair lighting systems, switches, sockets, and fixtures
- Connect and maintain electrical panels and distribution boards
- Identify and repair electrical faults and wiring problems
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Perform routine electrical inspections and maintenance
- Ensure all electrical work follows workplace safety guidelines
- Keep tools and materials organized and ready for use
- Work with supervisors and team members to complete electrical tasks on time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working as an Electrician in GCC countries
- Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance work
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Strong attention to detail when performing electrical work
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
