Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance, particularly within the GCC region.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of electrical tasks including installing wiring systems, maintaining electrical equipment, and troubleshooting faults. Your work will help ensure that electrical systems operate safely and efficiently across project sites.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and who takes pride in delivering reliable and safe electrical work.
About the Role
As an Electrician, you will support electrical works on project sites by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include electrical wiring, equipment installation, and identifying and resolving electrical issues.
You will also work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other technical team members to ensure that all electrical tasks are completed safely and according to project requirements.
This role requires a good understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices commonly used in construction and building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation and wiring work according to project requirements
- Install and maintain electrical components such as distribution boards, switches, lighting systems, sockets, and circuit breakers
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in wiring systems and equipment
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections
- Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems when required
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Ensure that all work follows electrical safety standards and regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and proper working condition
- Work closely with MEP teams, supervisors, and site staff to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Valid Wireman License
- 3 to 4 years of experience working as an Electrician in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively
- Familiarity with electrical safety procedures and standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practice
