Full-Time Engineering Project Manager Vacancy in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join its Projects Engineering Department. If you have a strong background in engineering projects, project coordination, technical documentation, and client communication, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in Saudi Arabia’s expanding industrial sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from the initial stage through final delivery. You will work closely with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Procurement while maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure projects are completed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
We are looking for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, stay organized under pressure, and confidently manage engineering projects while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer sales orders, technical specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Organize Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) with customers and internal teams
- Prepare RFQs for purchased and outsourced materials
- Prepare project documentation and maintain project records
- Monitor engineering documents before submission to clients
- Track project schedules and follow up on pending activities
- Coordinate with customers regarding approvals and technical discussions
- Ensure products and project deliverables are completed within the committed timeline
- Maintain project logs, action lists, and progress reports
- Support teams in resolving project-related issues and delays
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in project management within engineering or industrial sectors
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of engineering documentation and project workflows
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects effectively
- Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or industrial projects will be an advantage
- Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting tools is preferred
