Full-Time Experienced Business Development Specialist Wanted for GCC Construction Sector
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in the Architectural Fit-Out and Custom Furniture sector.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the GCC construction and interior market, enjoys meeting clients, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses grow through successful project acquisition and long-term partnerships.
As part of our team, you will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and internal departments to secure and manage high-quality fit-out and bespoke furniture projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development within the construction, interior fit-out, or custom furniture industry. You will play a key role in expanding our client network, identifying upcoming projects, preparing proposals, and helping the company achieve its growth goals.
We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, target-oriented, and capable of building lasting relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction, interior fit-out, and custom furniture sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and architects.
- Generate leads and secure projects related to office fit-outs, retail spaces, hospitality interiors, villas, and commercial developments.
- Attend client meetings and present company services in a professional manner.
- Participate in tender submissions, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and project acquisition activities.
- Coordinate closely with estimation, engineering, design, production, and project teams.
- Conduct market research to track upcoming projects and industry trends across the GCC region.
- Prepare business presentations, quotations, capability profiles, and commercial offers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work towards achieving business development targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within the Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, or Custom Furniture Industry.
- Good understanding of GCC construction markets and project tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and close business opportunities successfully.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- GCC driving license will be an added advantage.
