Full-Time Experienced Receptionist Needed for UAE Construction Firm
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join its growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience handling front desk and administrative responsibilities, preferably within the UAE. Previous experience in a construction or contracting company will be considered an advantage.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the receptionist will play an important role in creating a positive and professional impression of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Handle emails, inquiries, and daily office correspondence
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required
- Maintain office files, records, and reception area organization
- Assist the administration team with routine office tasks
- Coordinate courier deliveries and incoming documents
- Ensure smooth communication within the office
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage
