Full-Time Experienced Site Construction Manager Needed – TCF and Infrastructure
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Construction Manager who has worked on Saudi Aramco projects, especially in Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF). If you’re someone who knows how to run a site smoothly, manage teams, and keep everything aligned with strict safety and quality standards, this role could be a great fit for you.
You’ll be leading the setup and management of essential site infrastructure — from offices and accommodations to utilities and logistics systems — making sure everything is in place for successful project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full responsibility for planning and managing Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) in line with Aramco standards
- Oversee installation of portacabins, site offices, workforce accommodations, storage areas, and welfare facilities
- Set up and manage temporary utilities like power, generators, lighting, water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems
- Ensure all activities follow HSE regulations and Aramco safety requirements
- Work closely with EPC teams, contractors, and consultants to keep everything running on schedule
- Monitor site progress, timelines, and resource allocation to avoid delays
- Handle material planning, deliveries, and on-site logistics efficiently
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality and productivity
- Carry out site inspections, safety checks, and risk assessments regularly
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients
- Quickly resolve any on-site challenges to keep work moving smoothly
- Support mobilization and demobilization of site facilities
- Ensure the site is always ready for client inspections and final handover
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5–10 years of experience as a Site Construction Manager in Saudi Aramco projects
- Strong experience handling Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) and site infrastructure
- Good understanding of Aramco standards, permits, and HSE requirements
- Experience managing oil & gas, infrastructure, or large construction sites
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and working under pressure
- Ability to read drawings, plan effectively, and make quick decisions on-site
