Job Description
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Accountant to join our growing company in the printing and signage industry.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, have a strong understanding of financial processes, and can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting operations. What You’ll Be Doing
As an Accountant, you will play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and supplier transactions.
- Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and supporting management with financial information.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
- Supporting internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and records.
- Coordinating with management and other departments on financial matters and reporting requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the printing, signage, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
