About the Role
As a Travel Agent, you’ll be handling everything from flight bookings to complete travel planning. You’ll assist customers in finding the best options based on their needs while making sure every booking is accurate and hassle-free.
Your role will be important in building trust with clients and ensuring they come back again.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking and managing flight tickets, changes, and cancellations
- Using GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for reservations
- Planning travel itineraries for individuals, families, and business clients
- Assisting customers with travel details like routes, fares, and requirements
- Arranging hotel bookings, transfers, and travel packages
- Helping with visa-related guidance and travel insurance (if required)
- Handling customer questions, last-minute changes, and special requests
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Staying informed about airline updates and travel rules
What We’re Looking For
- Nationality: Filipino
- Experience working in a travel agency or ticketing role
- Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and a well-organized approach
- Basic knowledge of international travel and visa processes is a plus
