About the Role
As a Maximo Operator, you will play an important role in supporting the maintenance and operations team by managing work orders, updating maintenance records, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring all system data is accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations within the IBM Maximo system
- Create and update maintenance work orders
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of assets and maintenance activities
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Prepare reports, logs, and technical documentation
- Monitor pending maintenance requests and ensure timely updates
- Support inventory and spare parts tracking when required
- Ensure all system entries are accurate and properly maintained
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Maximo Operator or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of IBM Maximo or CMMS software
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to manage reports and maintenance documentation
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in facility management or infrastructure projects is preferred
- GCC or Qatar experience will be an advantage
