Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory production and manufacturing operations
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery targets
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, and factory workers
- Ensure smooth workflow and maintain high productivity levels
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Reduce production delays and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and functioning effectively
- Prepare production reports and monitor factory performance regularly
- Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Train and guide factory employees to improve productivity and teamwork
- Handle operational challenges quickly and provide practical solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge of factory operations and production management
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or factory environments is required
- GCC/UAE experience will be considered an advantage
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred
