- Identify performance issues like fouling, scaling, or pressure drops, and take corrective action.
- Fine-tune operations to improve efficiency and reduce chemical usage and operational costs.
- Support automation and monitoring through SCADA systems where applicable.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Investigate system issues and lead or support root cause analysis when problems arise.
- Recommend solutions to improve membrane life and system reliability.
- Provide practical, on-the-ground support to operations teams when needed.
Coordination & Project Support
- Work closely with commissioning, maintenance, and process teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Review technical drawings, system layouts, and vendor documents.
- Assist with plant start-ups, upgrades, and system improvements.
Quality & Safety
- Make sure treated water consistently meets required quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for production, downtime, and chemical consumption.
- Take part in safety checks, HSE activities, and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Around 3–7 years of hands-on experience with UF/RO systems or water treatment plants.
- Good understanding of membrane systems, CIP processes, and water chemistry.
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs and process diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
