We’re currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jubail. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, handling client communication, and supporting sales activities, this could be a great opportunity for you—especially if you have experience in the rental equipment or manpower supply sector.
In this role, you’ll be the link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments. From responding to inquiries and preparing quotations to coordinating with operations and following up on deals, your contribution will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks
- Responding to client inquiries related to equipment rental and manpower services
- Preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Following up with clients and assisting in closing deals
- Keeping records updated in CRM systems and maintaining proper documentation
- Coordinating with operations, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth service delivery
- Tracking orders, deliveries, and ensuring everything is completed on time
- Assisting with lead generation and basic market research
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and client handling
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, oil & gas, or manpower supply is a plus
- A valid driving license is preferred
- Candidates from Karnataka (India) will have an added advantage
