Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Shift Supervisor to join a well-established food production team. If you’ve worked in food manufacturing and enjoy leading people, improving processes, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—making sure everything on the production floor runs efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. You’ll guide the team, solve problems as they arise, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality output.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take charge of production activities during your shift, ensuring targets are met without compromising quality or safety. Keeping a close eye on production lines, spotting issues early, and fixing them quickly will be part of your routine.
Food safety and hygiene are critical, so you’ll make sure all processes follow ISO and HACCP standards. You’ll also help maintain a clean and organized work environment across the production area.
Leading the team is a big part of this role. You’ll support machine operators and production staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and help new team members get up to speed.
You’ll also handle basic reporting—keeping track of production data, shift activities, and any issues that need attention. Coordination with maintenance and quality teams will help ensure everything runs without delays.
In addition, you’ll keep an eye on materials and inventory during production to avoid shortages or unnecessary waste.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or Food Science
- Age limit: up to 35 years
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel)
- Strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, and food safety practices
- Experience in food manufacturing or food processing is preferred
- Valid transferable Iqama (mandatory)
