Full-Time Hiring Scaffolding Supervisor | Saudi Arabia | Aramco Certified Required
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor (Level 1 – Aramco Certified) to join our team on major oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. If you have hands-on site experience, a strong focus on safety, and can step in immediately, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of overseeing all scaffolding activities on site—from planning and setup to inspection and dismantling. You’ll make sure everything is done safely, efficiently, and in line with Aramco standards. You’ll also work closely with engineers, safety teams, and workers to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supervising scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling work on site
• Making sure all activities follow Aramco safety rules and approved procedures
• Carrying out regular inspections and ensuring scaffolds are safe to use
• Leading toolbox talks and guiding workers on best safety practices
• Coordinating with engineers and safety officers for daily site activities
• Identifying risks and taking quick action to prevent accidents
• Keeping proper records such as inspection reports and safety checklists
• Ensuring all workers use the right PPE and follow safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Level 1 certificate with at least 2 years validity
• Transferable Iqama is required
• 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects
• Good understanding of safety standards and scaffolding procedures
• Ability to handle teams and work in a fast-paced site environment
• Ready to join immediately
Added Advantages:
• Experience in shutdown or turnaround projects
• Familiar with international standards like OSHA or BS
• Able to read scaffolding drawings and plans
