Full-Time Sales Executive Required in Jubail | Manpower Supply and Equipment Rental Sector

We’re currently hiring a Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in the rental equipment and manpower supply sector.
In this role, you’ll be out in the field connecting with companies, understanding their project needs, and offering the right solutions—whether it’s equipment rental or manpower support. Your contribution will directly impact the company’s growth, making this a rewarding and fast-paced position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to potential clients through visits, calls, and networking
- Finding new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and oil & gas sectors
- Handling the full sales process—from first contact to closing the deal
- Preparing quotations and following up with clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keeping track of your sales activities and targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence to meet clients and close deals independently
- Background in equipment rental, construction, or manpower supply is a big plus
- Driving license is an advantage
- Candidates from Karnataka (India) are preferred
