We’re looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. If you’re someone who likes challenges, works well with targets, and takes pride in bringing in new business, you’ll feel right at home with us.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be at the front line of our business—connecting with potential clients, understanding what they need, and offering the right solutions. From your first conversation with a prospect to closing the deal and maintaining the relationship, you’ll manage the entire sales journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online channels
  • Finding new business opportunities and turning leads into long-term customers
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Presenting our products/services in a clear and convincing way
  • Negotiating prices and closing deals confidently
  • Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keeping track of leads, deals, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence in negotiation and closing deals
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Extra Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales
  • Background in industries like construction, manpower supply, trading, or services
  • Existing client network or strong industry connections
