Full-Time Finance and Accounts Jobs in Qatar for Experienced Accountants
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Accountant to join our team in Qatar. If you have a strong background in accounting, experience working in Qatar, and the ability to manage financial operations confidently, we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling daily accounting responsibilities independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience Required:
- 5 to 7 years of accounting experience in Qatar
- Previous GCC experience is preferred
- Experience in MEP, construction, contracting, or trading companies will be an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor company expenses and payment records
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records
- Support payroll processing and financial documentation
- Assist with VAT filing and audit preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial planning
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
- Familiar with accounting software such as Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Strong MS Excel and computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
