Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team and help turn financial data into meaningful business insights. If you enjoy working with numbers, spotting trends, and supporting smart decision-making, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with the finance team and management to analyse performance, prepare reports, and support budgeting and forecasting. Your work will help the business understand where it stands and where it’s headed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Help prepare financial statements in line with IFRS and local standards
- Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability
- Assist with audits, compliance, and internal controls
- Build financial models and reports using Excel
- Share clear insights and recommendations with management
- Help improve financial processes and reporting systems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA is a strong plus)
- 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with a responsible, professional attitude
