Job Description
We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle day-to-day procurement activities, build strong relationships with suppliers, and keep inventory levels well-balanced. This role is not just about buying products — it’s about making smart decisions, keeping operations smooth, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
You’ll be working closely with different teams, including sales, warehouse, and finance, to make sure everything runs efficiently across the supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full purchasing process for FMCG products
- Sourcing reliable suppliers and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Negotiating prices and terms to get the best value
- Keeping a close eye on stock levels and inventory movement
- Coordinating deliveries to ensure products arrive on time
- Monitoring supplier performance and product quality
- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
- Staying updated on market trends and pricing in the FMCG sector
- Working with internal teams to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales and purchasing, especially in FMCG
- Good understanding of products, suppliers, and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both procurement and inventory responsibilities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in Bahrain or GCC markets will be an added advantage
