About the Role
As a Junior Accountant Cum Office Admin, you’ll be involved in everyday accounting tasks while also helping keep the office running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role that gives you real experience in finance, administration, and coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take care of accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and payment follow-ups
- Prepare invoices and keep track of billing and expenses
- Manage petty cash and support expense reporting
- Assist with monthly financial reports and maintain proper records
- Handle general office admin work like filing, documentation, and coordination
- Support basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records
- Help with procurement and vendor coordination
- Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and bookkeeping
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear communication skills in English
- Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
